Unexpected challenges, delightful discoveries

The hotel’s location allowed us to explore enchanting coastal walks. Each evening, we savored the eye-catching sunsets with a cold drink, truly a sight to behold!

We faced difficulties with the cleanliness of common areas which occasionally left a lot to be desired. some staff members seemed overwhelmed, affecting service speed.

The pool area was pristine, offering two great pools. Enjoyed the lovely outdoor dining and proximity to beautiful restaurants.

Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Options available at breakfast and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits, but some dishes could use better preparation. the hotel is clean and in a quiet location, ideal for a family stay near the beach.

Just a fine choice for a weekend respite in Costa Adeje with outstanding value for money. The staff went out of their way to recognize and greet me during my stay, which was really nice. Get a good coffee at the pool bar. it's worth the wait.

Room furnishings clearly show wear and tear, not a fan of the lack of fresh fruit options!!! Wifi reception is absolutely dismal — why bother with modern amenities when you can’t connect properly!!!

The superior room boasted a breathtaking sea view that significantly enhanced our experience. The food selection was commendable, especially the variety that catered well to our children's tastes, making meal times enjoyable. the cleanliness of some common areas was inconsistent, which detracted from the overall ambiance. while the location offered proximity to beautiful beaches, the walk back uphill after a long day could be taxing. Despite these drawbacks, the relaxing pool facilities were a highlight of our stay.

The location is fantastic for peaceful walks along the promenade, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were visible and attentive, ensuring everything was always clean and welcoming. Definitely a great vibe.

Food quality throughout the stay was lackluster, with canned fruits and overall uninspired meals that left much to be desired. The layout of the dining area felt cramped, making it a bit of a maze to navigate, especially when all tables were crowded together. the entertainment was a mixed bag, with a missed guitarist and instances of overlooked cleanliness in common areas, leading to a less enjoyable social atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay with fantastic breakfasts that kept me fueled for the day and a great pool area where I relaxed after exploring. The outdoor space, including the sun terrace and the jacuzzi, made my downtime truly enjoyable. Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit of a trek, but it wasn't a dealbreaker! 😊
